Riddler wants to steel the crown from a large statue. The Mean Queen is a fiction version of the statue of liberty. She is fully loaded with a very large powerful inductive coil. He explains his idea using light houses, Care Bears, toy cars and other examples in an elaborate montage, withjumping and spining.
