SEC Unfairly Attacking Musk's Free Speech?

It's well past time the SEC did something about the food industry misrepresenting mixtures of waste products as food. A little husk here or a little silk there, was a necessary part of the industry, but this became a criminal matter when dangerous ingredients were added to fool tests for protein and vitamin content. Please anyone who is who isn't too busy pooping and/or vomiting do something about this!

I notice the only person who got in trouble over the insider trading thing was Martha Stewart. As long as the guy suing Tesla is honest about trying to listen in on the Tesla CEO's public Twitter feed s to make a quick buck off a short term investment, by finding something out, before everyone else does. This type of trading may be legal, but it cheats the people, who actually work, instead of goofing off on Twitter all day, out of their hard earned savings.

Elon Musk like any other American citizen should have the right to express himself by saying things that don't make sense, talking to imaginary people, or even just being totally wrong. However, expensive speech, if he paid huge amounts of money, especially other people's money to market his Twitter account, it should be regulated, and any misunderstanding should be cleared up promptly.

Food manufacturers have had many years to address problems with products, but have focused huge amounts of money, on marketing overpriced designer food and drug products to suffering customers, or in many cases criminalizing and slandering victims of food fakes, keeping them captive away from good food in public institutions.

I see the stock in Tesla has been going down, because we have a population that still doesn't have a good understanding of Tesla's ideas and honestly so far the company has shown little evidence the people running it understand anything beyond shiny red car. Tesla's ideas are open source. So right now I want to know Elon Musk do you understand Tesla Coils? The time is coming to prove it or lose it. Can you apply the information below to stop hurricanes? Note: this is a general open source plan Geography matters and I hope to produce a geographical specific plan to harvest energy for my home town, Sandpoint Idaho soon.
